Artist Information & Advance

YOUR GRASSROOTS FESTIVAL GUIDE

Arrival

Artist Check-In is at the main festival ticket booth.


Band members, crew and band guests ALL check in at Artist Check-In.


Here you will receive:

  • Wristbands
  • Meal cards
  • Parking pass
  • Directions to your stage
  • Equipment shuttle contact
  • Any camping passes that have been requested







Parking & Equipment Shuttle

  • Up to two parking passes per band.
  • Artist parking is in the lot behind the ticket booth.
  • Please return your hang tag to the ticket booth after your set. If you are remaining on-site to enjoy the fest you will be given a general parking pass.

Grove Stage and Meadow Stage Performers :


  • 1 vehicle carrying your equipment will be given a backstage parking pass, allowing you to drive your gear direct to the backstage 1 hour before your set.


  • You must remove your vehicle from the backstage directly following your set.


  • A second vehicle may park in Artist/Staff Parking behind the ticket booth.


Dance Tent & Cabaret Tent Performers :


  • Stage your gear at the equipment shuttle pick-up adjacent to the artist check-in at the ticket booth. Ask the ticket booth to call for an equipment shuttle. They will radio equipment shuttle, who will come pick up and deliver your gear to your stage.


  • Your stage manager will radio for the equipment shuttle at the end of your set. They will pick up your gear from your stage and return it to your vehicle post-show.



Load-in / line check


  • Please be on-site at least 2 hours before your set time.


  • Check in with the stage manager or sound techs upon arrival


You will have a 30-45 minute changeover / line check.



Hospitality


Performers will be given meal vouchers for the day of show. Meal times and details are listed in the vouchers, which will be given to you at artist check-in. The vouchers are for use at the hospitality tent behind the farmhouse.

Settlement


Settlement available directly at completion of your final set of the festival.
